This is probably the #1 stop along the Alaska Highway. If you're on the road, you have to stop, there's really no getting around it. This is hands down one of the best hot springs I've ever been to. It's semi developed with walkways, changing rooms, and underwater benches, but it still has the natural banks and you can float down the stream as the springs wander away. It's really the perfect mesh of natural springs and development. This place is packed with older RVers and families making the drive, so it's a great place to catch up on everyone's adventures and trips.
The first pool is the Alpha and is about as hot as you could want. Go past the falls where the water starts cooling off if the top pool is still too hot for you. The Beta pool is another 5 min walk past the Alpha. It's one large pool, but is also pretty deep. Once you leave the steps down, you can't really touch bottom. The temperature in this pool was nice, but you get tired of treading water in the hot springs real quick.
