Sharks. Don't worry they are behind glass under water. But it's a great effect.

Orlando - Discovery Cove

Are you heading to Orlando soon? Are you aware of what you are getting your self into? I lived in Winter park of Orlando for two years and when people planing a trip there ask me for advise I recommend Discovery Cove.

I'll tell you why. Discovery Cove is a unique place to visit because for the most part it's hidden behind Sea World, it's advertised by word of mouth, it's reservation based only, and it's all inclusive. For 200 smackers you have all day access to fresh water and salt water exploration. Water ways are filled with wild sea life including an amazing assortment of fish, coral, sea bass, sharks, sting rays, and you can even ride and play with a dolphin for thirty minutes. Also, there is a bird sanctuary, never ending river, and an all you can eat all day gourmet restaurant. They even throw in a two day pass to Sea World. One great benefit to DC is they cap the attendance at 1000 people. So it's uncrowded always.

At the end of the day you will find that while Disney World And Universal may be great destinations you can't beat this park. It really is the best in Orlando. And now I share it with you. One more thing, if you do decide to go you have to make reservations early because they book fast. And you can usually get some good deals if you go in the off season.
